The exclusive invitation for the Game of Sixes Event (“Event”) organised by or on behalf of Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India, Private Limited (Honda Motorcycle And Scooter India Private Limited) is subject to the following terms and conditions. By agreeing to accept the invitation to attend the Event you agree that:

• The invitation to the Event will be issued according to the rules and regulations of the event organizer and the management of the venue where the event is presented

• The organizer reserves the right to frisk the invitee at the entry points for security reasons. Your cooperation is required

• The use of audio or video equipment to record any content is strictly prohibited. Extended recording longer than 60 seconds is prohibited. Any recorded material must be used in its original form. Any modification or misrepresentation will be the liability of the user.

• The organizer does not take responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings or any injury that the ticket holder may incur at the event.

• The starting time of the event may change without prior intimation.

• The venue holds limited parking space. Parking facility will be made available on a first-come-first basis.

• You will comply with all reasonable safety and other announcements and/or directions whilst attending the Event.

• Honda Motorcycle And Scooter India Private Limited has the right to alter or vary the itinerary for the Event or to reschedule all or part of the Event.

• You give your express consent to the use of your actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any photograph, film, video and/or audio recording of the Event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.

• You will not trade or solicit trade at the Event without the prior written consent of Honda Motorcycle And Scooter India Private Limited.

• The use of drones, helicopters or other aerial/flying video recording device is not allowed.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by Indian law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.

• Honda Motorcycle And Scooter India Private Limited reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions without prior notification and you will abide by such amended terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to check the website for the latest terms and conditions.

• You further agree that from time to time we may contact you with information about the event or other relevant products and services we believe you may be interested in, in line with Honda Motorcycle And Scooter India Private Limited's Privacy Policy.

• The registration is valid for Game of Sixes only.

• The event can be cancelled by Honda motorcycle and Scooter India Private Limited without prior notice.

• The contest is not applicable in state of Tamil Nadu.

• Travel, Boarding and Lodging arrangements will not be provided by Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Private Limited. All expenses to be borne by participant.

• No personal requests will be entertained by Honda motorcycle and Scooter India Private Limited.

• Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Private Limited has the right to ask the participant to leave the event anytime in case of any indecent behavior.

• Customers will be attending the event at their own risk.

• Re-entry after leaving the event premises is not permitted.

• Smoking and consumption of alcohol and drugs is not allowed at the venue.

• The tickets issued is only for entry purpose in the game of sixes event.
