   HMSI may disclose/ transfer your Personal Information to any third-party service provider, where it is necessary to fulfil the service, they provide to us.    HMSI may disclose and/ or transfer your Personal Information to any other Honda Group Companies and our authorized dealers subject to the condition that no personal data shall be transferred to any entity that is not duly authorized by HMSI, and all transfers shall take place through secure, approved systems in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
   We DO NOT use, transfer or disclose Information for purposes other than as mentioned in this Policy, except with the consent of user providing such Information or as required by applicable laws, rules and regulations.
