I am Karandeep Singh, working as Chief Manager - HR at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.

I have been associated with HMSI for 14 years, and I truly feel proud to be a part of this organization. My journey began as a team member, and over time, I have grown to the position of Department Head. I strongly believe in work ethics, embracing new initiatives, and implementing technology in my daily work, which has greatly helped me achieve my goals. This is the key reason for my long-standing association with HMSI.

I would also like to talk about new initiatives like My Voice, where associates can share their ideas. These ideas are evaluated by senior management based on feasibility and the associated benefits.  

Further, initiatives such as Kaizen and NHC Events are known to be powerhouses of knowledge and continuous improvement. They contribute to robust process enhancements in safety, quality, morale, cost, and timely delivery of services..
