If your motorcycle is recalled, you should contact the nearest HSMI dealership. It is advised to book an appointment in advance to avoid inconvenience and waiting.
No, irrespective of the warranty status, the recall repair will be carried out free of cost.
The replacement will be carried out at BigWing/BigWing Topline dealerships across India.
The time taken for the replacement depends on the issue identified with the vehicle.

1. Vehicle Registration certificate/card

2. Vehicle Insurance certificate / Cover note

3. Vehicle Sales / Service Invoices

4. Frame Number stamped onto the frame of the bike
