Online Booking and General Terms and Conditions

I/We hereby give consent that all personal or other information provided herein or otherwise can be used by the company for business purposes or for improvement in services and shall not be disclosed to any third party except to the extent its disclosure is essential as per the applicable laws, rules & regulations or for the purpose herein mentioned. The information may be shared or transferred within the Company or its affiliates or group companies within or outside India for the purposes mentioned herein.

The Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”) are applicable to visitors/ prospective customers of Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. ("HMSI"), users or any others who access or use the service ("User" or “You” or “End User” or “Registered User”) for transacting on this online platform with an intention to purchase a specific model of HMSI ("vehicle") and make an online booking for the same from Authorized Dealership of HMSI ("Dealership"). These T&C shall be read along with the Privacy Policy of HMSI, hosted on its website. Having being read and understood the terms and conditions as aforesaid Customer warrants to be legally bound by these terms and acknowledge unconditional acceptance without limitation or qualification of these T&C.

By booking online, you allow HMSI to use your personal information for booking, service, and communication purposes, subject to its privacy policy. You must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to own a vehicle, and provide accurate information. Online booking is available only through authorized Honda dealerships. The booking amount is an advance payment and will be adjusted against the final vehicle price. The final vehicle price will be the price applicable at the dealership on the date of invoicing/delivery and may differ from the website price.

Vehicle specifications, colors, variants, prices, and availability may change without prior notice. Online booking does not create a final sales contract or guarantee a fixed price, delivery date, or vehicle availability. The dealership is responsible for registration, documentation, delivery, and collection of the balance payment. HMSI is not responsible for payment gateway issues, transaction failures, website errors, or delays beyond its control.

 

You can cancel the booking before the vehicle is invoiced. Booking amount refunds are generally processed by the dealership within 7-10 working days. Vehicle bookings cannot be modified online. Any change requires cancellation and a fresh booking.

Once sold and delivered, the vehicle is non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-replaceable, except as covered under warranty. Any disputes related to online booking are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

HMSI may change these terms or discontinue the online booking facility at any time without prior notice.
