Process for CSD Purchase

  • Customer should register himself on the AFD portal (www.afd.csdindia.gov.in).
  • Customer can see the list of HMSI dealers authorised for conducting CSD business in your state on the AFD portal itself.
  • Customer can select his/her favourite Honda 2wheeler model from the entire range of registered models and request a quotation from CSD authorised dealer
  • Customer needs to login into the AFD portal, select the model and upload all required documentation including the availability certificate
  • Customer needs to make full payment on the AFD portal after selecting the model and by selecting one of the various available online payment modes
  • Once the payment is completed, the status will be reflected on portal and a confirmation would be sent as soon as the supply order is generated
  • Customer must submit supply order to the concerned HMSI Dealers for processing of the order, along with identification proof
